Dear sir or madam,
I have a couple of brief question?s but they tie into each other. Does having dystonia, cereberal palsy and a history of about 5 strokes fall into the personal injury category.
I also have drooling that is part of the dystonia, the cp and the strokes which they all feed off each other and I took medication which I still have to to stop the drooling and spitting when I talk. The medication coused my teeth to rot and I had to have many removed on the bottem and I had to pay out of pocket for that can I get compensation for the money I paid out for the oral surgeons and can I get compensation from the company who created the drug even though i still need it to stop the drooling and the spitting when I talk. And for emotional pain and suffering that I went through. people couldn?t even understand me when I talked. I now have a bottom denture in my mouth but it needs to be fixed but it doesn?t look great anymore and I have upper teeth that need repair one front tooth I had to pay out of pocket to have a front crown and post put in and my medicaid hmo denied me 6 times to cover it can I get compensation for that.
I?m sorry if I sound stupid but I?m confused.
Thank you
Sincerely
Michael
