We all know that exercise is an integral component of health; it burns calories, releases endorphins, improves?mental capacity, improves skin tone, reduces stress and keeps your heart, bones, and body strong.
However, even though we know how important exercise is sometimes we just get plain bored of our routine and lose all motivation to make it happen.
Then the guilt sets in. (Sad face.) But you know what? It?s totally normal to get bored of a routine that you constantly repeat. Most often all we need is a some new found motivation and new ideas to get back into the groove. (Happy face!)

And there are so many more ways to exercise. Have more ideas? Share them in the comments below to inspire fellow readers.
For best results, aim for 30-60 minutes 4-6 days per week (5-6 is ideal) of moderate to intense exercise.?Do at least 3 cardio and 3 resistance sessions each week, some will count as both.
If you?re just starting out, go easy to moderate and start with 3-4 days/week of 30 minute sessions so you don?t overwork your body. After 4 weeks, jump to the recommended amount.
Happy exercising!
